The Windows

The windows will be a major challenge.  For now we have secured them from the inside to prevent vandalism (in addition to wi-fi security cameras - which doesn't stop vandalism, just punishes it).

The plan is to create decorative 3/4 inch plywood hinged shutters on the inside for security but easily opened for light.  We will consider replacing all the windows with double-paned vinyl windows, but hopefully a good scraping, caulking and painting will do the job.
